All rooms for 2008-2009 are now reserved. We are accepting enquiries and early reservations for 2009-2010 - with some bookings already taken.

Fronting Wimborne Road - at the junction of Jameson Road - the complex provides students with living accommodation within easy walking distance of Bournemouth University. There is secure cycle storage and there are also bus services that provide quick links to the University and College sites at both the Talbot Campus and Lansdowne buildings.

All flats are fully fitted to an exceptionally high standard to provide modern and comfortable surroundings and include television in all bedrooms, along with fully wired internet access.   All bedrooms are en-suite with shower units and there is special provision for disabled students. Cluster flats include a four-burner hob and oven, combination microwave oven, tall fridge and tall freezer. Studios are fitted with a two-burner hob, combination microwave oven and an under-worktop fridge with ice box.

Studios and cluster flats are equipped with toasters, vacuum cleaners and ironing boards as well as electric kettles.

Rentals are inclusive of electricity, central heating, hot water and internet access.  Students need to purchase their own TV licence, and should residents cease to have student status, Capital will not be responsible for Council Tax.  Lockable mailboxes are provided in the main entrance of Hector's House.  Flats are available as standard on a 11 month licence.  All rent is charged in advance per calendar month and is based on single occupancy.
