Founded in 1998, Capital can draw on more than 20 years’ experience amongst its Directors – the result is a sound and strong reputation for consistently placing the accent on quality and satisfaction for its customers.

In recent years we have developed homes and apartment complexes across South East Dorset – sites carefully chosen to give home-buyers easy access to shopping and leisure facilities, the award winning coastline and commuter links.
Always, we aim to select the best designs and ensure that throughout our homes, the emphasis is on contemporary quality fixtures and fittings.

As well as expanding its business, Capital is keen to maintain a close involvement with the local community in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area. We have a special interest in encouraging the efforts of young people, and to this end we are pleased to maintain a keen involvement with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. One of our Director’s is regularly involved in the charity’s activities assisting with fundraising and increasing awareness.

In November 2003, Capital was proud to be sponsors of an Evening Fund-raising Reception for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at the Marsham Court Hotel, Bournemouth where the principal guests were HRH The Earl of Wessex KG KCVO ADC and world renowned adventurer David Hempleman-Adams OBE LVO.

More recently a fund-raising dinner was organised, also at the Marsham Court Hotel, where we were fortunate to host acclaimed trans-Atlantic rower Debra Searle MBE, who is a Trustee of the Award.
