  • Capital are looking to add to their office staff by recruiting a new part-time member of the team. Our growing company is now located in new, modern offices and is seeking to fill this vacancy.

    Job Title: Part-time Administrator

    Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for various day to day administration duties. These include dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, welcoming visitors, answering telephone calls, typing, filing and data entry. The role is office based. You will report to the Accounts & Administration Manager and the company Directors.

    Required Skills: This vacancy is suitable for someone who has good communication skills and works to a high level of accuracy. You should be able to approach tasks with a positive attitude and be able to deal with them to completion. You should have experience in business administration and be comfortable with the use of computers. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications is essential. A background in the construction or property sectors is desirable although not essential.

    Hours: 10am – 5pm; Monday to Friday; 30+ hours per week (depending on breaks - to be agreed); potential for occasional longer hours when covering staff leave, etc. 
    Wage: £6.00 - £7.50 per hour (subject to experience)
    Location: Winton, Bournemouth (on-site parking available)
    Duration: Permanent
