Capital has moved from 15a Alma Road into brand new offices on the top floor of Hector's House - the building which the company has completely refurbished and equipped with ground floor retail space and four stories of student accommodation at 676 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth BH9 2EG

The new suite of offices forms part of the new top floor of the building and will now be the administrative base of Capital Developments (Southern) Ltd, Capital Homes (Southern) Ltd, Capital Property Developers Ltd and Capital Property Lettings Ltd.
